I was looking for a solution to publish my documents with one of the Issuu competitors for free, but most of the services can’t display documents on mobile devices well or correctly. Along with the high-quality content that my viewers expect from me, they also expect no technological issues upon viewing my content. By technological issues, I mean the loading time of the page. On the Issuu competitors, my readers were frustrated with how slow the page was loading. I, too, have experienced that trouble on this website when I try looking at my own content. Just like my readers, it’s neither my computer nor even my internet because other pages on other websites I visit load just fine. This frustrated me so much, but I didn’t know what to do about it. All the Issuu competitors, unfortunately, charge too much for my content to be displayed. A lot of times, it feels as though I may not be able to post content on my website because I cannot afford it. It offers more with each package at a much more affordable price, whereas Issuu offers less with the first few packages and claims outrageous monthly prices.
Most if not all of the time, I want to be able to allow my readers to see the videos and music I post in my PDFs from PDFs. I understand that it could get quite annoying to keep opening up new browser tabs or windows just to see a video or listen to a music track, and just seeing a link could automatically disinterest whoever is looking through one of my PDFs. With this service, I could make my publications more professional and appealing to my readers using special customization that Issuu didn’t have. I could also link to my online shop straight from my publications. Just in case all of the amazing features that Yumpu Publishing provides me are too much for me to handle all at once, Yumpu Publishing actually has some pretty amazing support to help me out. They respond quickly, and they have helped me out with a few requests so far. It seems that it has helped me gain new readers rather than lose them when I was with Issuu, and all because of a few small details that actually made a huge difference.
